A new era for Barbarian Twins

A new set of twins is born.

Guitarist Sigmund Espedal and drummer Bill Lucas join Barbarian Twins.

Sigmund has worked closely with the band for some time, producing and playing on two of the group's albums. Bill is an englishman, with just about enough craziness, groove and swing to fit in nicely with Barbarian Twins' style.

Don't miss this new lineup in action on Verkstedet on April 30!

A new gig is also booked at Vålerenga Vertshus on June 5. Stay tuned for more gigs, as well as news about House Of Ill Fame, Barbarian Twins' new album.

GIG: Ferdinand's Pub, Jan. 16

Thanks to the wonderful crowd at Ferdinand´s January 16! We jumped right into it and played almost the entire coming album - and it went well!

A dancing crowd, bartenders w BT T-shirts and a great, great support act, Green Mountain Haze, all made this a great saturday night.

First rehearsal - new material!

Tuesday 12-08:

Recently, the twins signed up for a new rehearsal room. The room is also a studio, shared with a couple of other bands; Katzenjammer and Keep Coming Back Band.

With a new studio, lots of fancy equipment and a bag of new songs to play, this was a joy from start to finish.

A lot of the new songs are never even played by all the bandmembers simultaneously, so this was quite a challenge - still, it went down better than we had expected :)
